WHAT RELIGION WEARS TURBANS?

WHAT RELIGION WEARS TURBANS?

In India, this ethnic identity symbol is also an important part of spiritual practice. According to the methodologies, the top of our head is the “Crown Chakra” or “The Tenth Gate” which is hair covered and acts like a protector from the sun exposure and to channel the Vitamin D. This was the main reason that has come to be known by all of us that The Yogis and Sikhs don’t cut their head hair, instead prefer them to knot at the top of the head, specifically on Solar centre. Medically, the Rishi Knot helps in channelling the energy flow in the body at the meditation time and thus extends the origin of the spiritual focus of our mind and soul.
